Since 2011, SNEH Foundation has been working at the grassroots level to transform lives through health, education, and community development — anchored in PCMC and Pune, and reaching communities across India.

To provide holistic development opportunities to underserved children, families, and communities by addressing their health, educational, and nutritional needs — breaking the cycle of poverty and enabling people of every age to lead dignified lives.

Milestones That Define Us
2011
Foundation Established
SNEH Foundation was registered in Pune with a mission to serve underprivileged children and communities.
2013
First Community Preschool
Inaugurated our first community preschool on Republic Day, providing early education to children in urban slums.
2014
Partnership with Tata Motors
Launched the COMAL malnutrition program with Tata Motors, treating severely malnourished children in Pune district.
2016
Expanded Preschool Network
Grew to 6+ preschool centers across different communities, reaching over 1,000 children.
2019
Wipro Cares Partnership
Launched Project Vatsalya with Wipro Cares — a comprehensive maternal and child health program across 12 urban slum communities.
2020
₹10 Lakh+ in Pandemic Relief
Spent over ₹10 lakhs on COVID-19 community service across PCMC and Pune, providing ration kits, essentials, and health support for families who lost their livelihoods.

Award for Early Childhood Education
Honoured with a prestigious award for early childhood education, recognising the foundation our community preschools build for children.
2022
Community Mental Health Project
Introduced community mental health services with Wipro Cares, addressing emotional well-being in underserved areas.
2023
Mobile Medical Van & 50,000+ Lives
Launched Mobile Medical Van with Version 1, crossing the milestone of 50,000+ lives touched across all programs.
